Yesterday, March 28, 2014, my husband and I stopped to walk through the Yuma Armed Forces Park and I was apalled at the condition of the two flags flying there. One being our flag, ragged and torn all around the edges, the other our POW flag and it was just as bad if not worse. There is a flag etiquette and those flags need to be properly folded and taken to the American Legion, the Moose Lodge, or somewhere one of our men will have it properly disposed of. If no one will do it, we will. Never the less they need to be replaced immediately. I hope when we again visit that area, the flags will be replaced and flying in honor of all those that served and serve our country. We should be proud not apalled. Thank you - LaDell Hollenbeck
